Cross tolerance

Hello, this coming Friday Bob Dole's peanut butter (BDPB) is taking high quality crystal mda and mdma. BDPB has experience with and a fair tolerance to both. BDPB's question regards possible cross tolerance between opiates (hydo and oxycodone, poppy pod tea, and kratom - I know its not an opiate) and mdma/mda. Although they're very different drugs, surely they involve some of the same chemicals (dopamine among others). Since the intensity of a roll strongly depends on the users balance of brain chemicals (serotonin, dopamine etc) could BDPB's repeated use (over the last two weeks including tonight) of the above mentioned opiates effect or diminish BDPB's chance of having an intense roll?

Sorry for asking such a specific question. Hopefully it will help someone else out too

Lol what!?!?!

Mephedrone is the main one to have cross tolerance action, as it works both on dopamine and serotonin.

Other than Benzo's killing the experience, i don't see how using other drugs would deplete your serotonin, should be good experience still.

Really? Opiates have no effect on serotonin? I thought opiates depleted dopamine which is also released when rolling. So BDPB can continue using poppy pod tea without worrying that it will effect his roll?

Also, Ive never mixed mda/mdma, whats a good dose of each for a strong roll? (about 1.5 of each?)
