Cross tolerance with LSD and E?

As the title suggests, can anyone tell me if there is any sort of cross tolerance with LSD and E?

I'm quite certain there would be no cross tolerance between LSD and MDMA, although LSD can cause cross tolerance with DMT and mushrooms.
 
Ok cheers. i just thought with the euphoric effects experienced whilst tripping created by the release of seretonin may in some way effect the mdma experience? Having had acid for the first time on saturday night, and dropping the next night (having low tolerance to mdma as I haven't dumped in a long while) the pill didn't really do too much for me. I was thinking maybe the come down from lsd had something to do with it, or maybe the pill was just crap.

damn i was wondering the same thing a few days ago - i'm thinking of doing one after the other in a few weekend's time, but don't want to if its going to diminish the experience of one of them. Anyone?
 
There may be slight cross tolerance. but it isn't going to make either one of the drugs not work completely. I know meth and MDMA are more related than LSD and MDMA. But meth certainly reduces the peak of MDMA when done within a week beforehand.

If I was to do it all over again, I would have the acid and drop about 3 hours after, or whenever you feel comfortable doing it. Acid is a special experience on it's own so I wouldn't see much point having both at exactly the same time.
 
I assume that there would be a very minor cross tolerance, given that they are both active at the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor. I would think that it wouldn't really be noticable though.
 
No known cross tolerance afaik. MDMA is thought to release serotonin primarily via the 5HT reuptake mechanism whereas LSD binds directly with 5HT2a receptors.

oops sorry i'll clarify, i was thinking of taking them a week apart. MDMA one week, acid the next week. I try to keep 'recovery' time between uses of drugs and I havn't tried acid before so i don't wanna lower the experience of acid from taking MDMA the week before
