Hi,

I am looking for an eplanation for why my eyes go completely crazy when I have taken pain killers (DHC, tramadol, codeine). When it's worst, I can close one eye and the other will simply look in a completely different angle. It's pretty annoying, because I have to walk around to minimize the side effect. Right now, while wiriting, I am having a hard time focusing on the tet, and I have to close one eye to make sense of what's going on on the screen.

I also take benzos and zanaflex in combination with the mentioned drugs, so I know it's no surprise that my eyes are uncontrollable. But if someone knows which specific drug or combination does this, please share.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

It's called diplopia (double vision), it's exceedingly common and there are probably 2-3 dozen threads where people ask the same thing ;)

It happens with lots of sedatives. For more information, look up diplopia and shoot me a PM if this needs to be reopened for any reason.
