What exactly do you mean by "break through"?
I'm assuming by "norco tens" you mean hydrocodone/APAP 10mg/325mg.

Oh, well, if you've already taken 10mg of ativan, taking any amount of opiates will probably put you to sleep and, to be honest, its quite dangerous to combine opiates with that amount of benzos.
Do you have tolerance to opiates and/or benzos? I hope you do...
If so, what doses do you normally take. I know if I took 10mg ativan I would be passed out...

10mg of lorazepam with even a relatively high amount of hydrocodone is not dangerous.
Taking harm reduction too far ruins good highs.
As for the OP: I am assuming you are tolerant to the lorazepam if you're using 10mg, but whether you are or not, adding in the opiate could make you drowsy. Most people like their normal opiate dose with SOME benzos thrown in, but high amounts might make you sleep as the other poster said. If you are tolerant to the lorazepam, then taking your regular amount of hydrocodone with it should just enhance the nod and make it better.
I as well don't know what you mean by 'break through'. When you combine drugs, you will obviously get both drugs' effects. No matter how much hydrocodone you take, you will still feel the same hydrocodone buzz as you would without the lorazepam. Of course, it will be compounded with the inherent lorazepam high though.
