Hey BL! So this week I was plannin on celebrating my new years with my cousin. I have some perc 5's (5) an I'm getting some 5 325 vicodin (4 I think) and 8 30 300 codeine. I'm not 100% possitive on adap bit ik they're around there for them. Anyways I was hoping to do them all in one night between to two of us. He has no tolerance and has only used opiates (tramadol I think we did). I have a moderate tolerance and have used em around 75 times before. Were both 16, around 150 pounds. Anyways I hve 2 questions. 1 is do opiate doses cross over (like say I took 30mg percs and then 240 codeine would I be more likely to OD or just like ruin the expeience or would it make it better). My second is should I do a cwe? I've never done it but ik BL has great guides on how to do it. We would need to be discreet about it but I don't think it would be to hard to keep that hiden. So, what are your opinions?
 
If you split what you got thats not a super high amount of tylenol. If my math adds up it would be around 2.5 grams of tylenol. With the amount you have I would say its not worth doing a cold water extraction.

Anyway, yes opiates do cross over. Your opiate receptors in your brain respond to any kind of full agonist opiate.
 
So if we took maybe 60mg of dxm as a potinator and the split everything even (any odds I would do not him) do you think wed be fine? Obviously not all at once but spaced out?
 
It really depends on your tolerance. Have you tried all those opiates individually?

I've done my fair share of mixing opiates and it is effective but you can easily take it too far and get nothing but side effects...
 
I am gonna say that the codeine pills you have are pretty much useless.

Id take the percs first and take them all at once, then see how you feel in 20 minutes and take the vicodin. The codeine isnt gonna do much because your receptors are gonna be full with a more potent opiate already.
 
I have tried them all individual. I've done 15-115 mg of percs throughout out a night, 20mg vicodin and 160-450+ mgs codiene ( can't quite remember exactly cuz it was syrup)!and I've been fine all those times except once with the percs. I agree that the codeine won't be as effective so I was thinkin maybe I should take em myself first cuz ik I can handle them. I would maybe do like 5 me 3 my cousin or something on the lines of that. But then after inwas thinking using the more potent ones as to most waste the codeine. I wasn't sure, should i maybe take the 5 percs and he gets the 4 vics or should we mix like we both take some percs and both some vics. Do you know which would produce the best results?
 
The percs are gonna produce the best results, I am not sure about your tolerance but 5 percs would hit somebody pretty good if they dont have a large tolerance. As you said your cousin has no tolerance, so I bet he would be fine from the vicodin.

For you, since you have a tolerance its probably gonna take the all the percs to do anything for ya. Your cousin should be good from 20 mg of hydrocodone, not like totally gone but pretty good.

Now wait, first of all you must ensure your cousin shouldn't be splitting all of this with you evenly, because he has no tolerance. He should take either 10 mg oxycodone, 15 mg hydrocodone, or 90 mg codeine. He could mix, yes, but I'd advise him to keep to around what would be equal to those doses so he could take 45 mg codeine and 7.5 mg hydrocodone or 5 mg oxycodone and 7.5 mg hydrocodone, so long as it is equal to no more than the above stated doses. I would suggest he just do one opiate though, and get a good feel for it, but opiates can be used in combination, and in pain management frequently are. So yes, you can mix, just make sure not to consume to much, esp. him because he has no tolerance. You, yourself, know your own tolerance much better, so dose as you see fit. But remember 10 mg oxycodone = 15 mg hydrocodone = 90 mg codeine.
 
You should do a CWE anyways, Its not that hard I did it for my first time not so far in the past. Its worth it and it saves your liver and a headache in my opinion like you would not believe. Plus its suppose to hit you better cause your left with almost all of the drug itself and almost no "tylenol"

It should never be suggested to someone that they should snort percocet. The sheer amount of inactives in the pill (and the much lower intranasal bioavailability) makes it kind of counter-productive.
