Decently new VGCC blocker being used only in china as far as I know. Havent done much research on it yet so Ill return and update this thread but thought id bring some attention to it….

I havent seen a lot of discussion on this one except two mentions on reddit and zero user reports.
Looked through some of the studies (the translation on phone browser for the chinese ones is horrific and leads to many nonsensical mistranslations though) but at first glance it seems like a VGCC a2-delta blocker. Lasted 24 hours as opposed to 12 like pregabalin and showed 23x more potency at binding compared to pregabalin. Despite this it seems 10mg/kg Crisugabalin was ”only” as effective as 30mg/kg pregabalin. This was in rats though so take with a grain of salt
