Crime corruption commision, Victoria.

Can't find the link for the article yet, but it was just announced on Hey Hey It's Saturday, that there is going to be a Crime Corruption Commision held for Victorian police.

If someone can find a link to some details that would be great, I will update if I can find something on it.

The show is virtually the same as it was well... 15 years ago when I used to watch it. But it just came in as "BREAKING NEWS"

And I agree it's good news, because as I've said before I HATE corrupt cops.

However it does make you wonder what this means for the current drug lords. Surely they're paying some of these corrupt cops to keep them out of trouble.

Do you think this is likely to affect the amount of drugs on the streets? Personally If I was in the business this would be the time to lay low until this all blows over.


However if some key players are gonna lay low this is the perfect time for an up and comer to strike and take the demand provided they can take the heat.

As I said... interesting times ahead.

I look forward to the outcome of this commission but I fail to see any true relevance to this thread in Aus DD

I know there are plenty of corrupt cops making money from the drug trade but still...
