My husband will be gone for the work week so I am going to take the opportunity to work on the house some and work on myself in the form of healthy changes. Won't bore you will house stuff, but I am going to get on quitting smoking and get back to exercising, which I haven't done since surgery.

I've been buying more fish lately in an attempt to cut back my sodium intake. Also just cooking more in general. I eat way too much of that frozen garbage...(it tastes so good though lol)
