Increase in cognitive performance, improved sleep, all this good stuff.
Creapure, the brand name, highest quality. Does anyone use this and how do you find its benefits and/or drawbacks?

On the topic of supplementation, Omega 3's are the other important one.
I understand they're better acquire through fish sources vs extracted fish oil, but I'm also concerned about heavy metals, mercury etc.
A couple cans of sardines a week seems to be a reliable and recommended source of Omega 3.
Any experiences on how to introduce this into the diet?
