I'm a vegetarian so take creatine monohydrate, which makes a big difference in terms of strength, but it makes me piss every 20 mins when I take it. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
How much are you taking? Are you working out? Perhaps upping your cardio or taking less creatine? I think you will get better answers in the Healthy Living section. Good luck.
Might be from drinking far more liquid. I intentionally have a high water intake but if you start taking creatine it might make you thirstier so more liquid=more piss.
