this works best with a pull-out bowl and no carb.
you fill the chamber with smoke, remove the bowl from the insert, and slip a ready-made nitrous balloon over the lip. i wouldn't necessarily have someone squeeze it for you, you could just have someone hold it so it doesn't slip off. but, you would inhale the smoke, the nitrous gets naturally inhaled, and for added effect: huff your "inhale" into the balloon as with a normal nitrous hit.....and tell me you don't fall over from it!
nitrous bong hits are sooo soooo soooo nice when properly done. do as recommended, repeat often!

No. Not at all. You're solution was superior to my own, as it seems more simple and more functional. I was merely saying something like, "Damn, that was a simple solution, why didn't I think of it? Oh yeah, because I wanted something ingenius (even if I can't spell right now, I'm still a genius) that would get the job done, and get da coolest as well.

Okay, so there may be an easy way to do this, but I LOVE the design of the NosBong.

First of all let me say that this model is purely hypothetical, could be a completely flawed design and has not been dreamt up with the intention of ever being made.
BUT...what if you make a normal bong minus the little hole and add to one side of the bong another pipe for a balloon to fit over. This extra pipe has to be far enough away from the cone piece (i.e. a long piece of pipe) so you can light your cone without bursting the balloon from the heat. This pipe doesn't go through the water either, it's just a direct port into the bong for the nitrous.
Here's how it might work:
1) Pack your cone
2) Fill the balloon with nitrous using your preffered method and give it to a friend (to hold of course!)
3) Begin pulling your cone
4) Your friend puts the balloon onto it's pipe and lets the nitrous out as you are pulling your cone
5) Your friend takes care of the bong as you trail off into nang land........
By doing it this way you can inhale it all at the same time. Still, you'd need big lungs to be able to inhale all that gas and smoke in one hit. Secondly, you also need to make sure that the suction of your mouth is greater than the pressure of the nang as it escapes the balloon otherwise the surplus pressure will make it's way out the cone piece creating a spectacular and smelly fountain of bong water! Perhaps ice would be a better choice? Using a large chambered bong made from a 2 litre cordial bottle might help to reduce the pressure difference? A glass chamber doesn't seem like a smart choice either incase it breaks under the pressure (probably not likely but worth avoiding the risk anyway)

I think a nitrous vaporizer would be better, but even more complicated to construct.
