dude if i lived there i would buy a bunch of crack and get some fucking diamonds, and sell them, diaalmonds dont mean shit to me, just some chicks who think they need it to show sign of marrige
 
IMO this article shows the extreme level of ignorance of what drives people to actually use drugs like crack. Interesting to see the "diamonds4crack" website appears to be down too... hopefully this moronic idea was scrapped long before it went into effect (if it really wasn't a joke).

Edit -- I take it back, it appears to still be up at http://www.diamondsforcrack.com/ .

If you ask me, the guys running this program will end up as crack addicts themselves, if they aren't already... no joke man.

The website says he buys his diamonds for pennies on the dollar lol it's probably just a scam for him to get a bunch of crack for a bunch of worthless rocks.
