Hello :) i just recently started having a small cramp/ache on the right back side of my head where the neck meets. its on the soft spot so it is more my neck than head. equal distance to meet to ear lobe. this is not a "pain" it does not hurt its just slightly annoying and feels like a cramp. it sometimes sends some tension to the right side of my face but rarely, its more effective towards my neck. when i turn it i can feel the stiffness and when i clear my throat or cough i can feel the pressure. i sometimes sleep with headphones on and when i sleep i always sleep with my head propped up with the pillow folded. one more thing is i do work on the computer alot! so i usually start feel uncomfortable and have to sit down. does anyone have this small pressure also and what could it be?

I'm on my computer quite often and had to learn to force myself into proper posture after dealing with the same issues you are describing. Well not exactly the same, but I'm sure the causation is similar.

Just stretch! Move your body.

On the headphones thing I got no idea, but if you prop your neck in a position at which there is consistent tension within the spinal cord and its relative location around the neck then might want to try another way of chillaxing. Try to find a way to maintain a moderately neutral position in relation to your spine and lower lumbar.
