Craigslist hookups

So, I travel for work a whole whole lot. Sometimes in those cities I visit, I look for a little company. =)

try backpages.com. Pretty legitimate site, I've had decent luck.

When I'm in my home town, I don't generally need to do this because I have a few exes and a good-sized sphere of peers.

Backpages.com has the "professionals" though; so be ready to deal with hookers, escorts, and "experienced" girls.

I've never met anyone who had success with craigslist, however I made an "OK cupid" account a couple weeks ago, went out on a couple dates with this girl i met on there, hooked up with her on the second date. I actually like her a bit too, so the match percentages do actually mean something in my opinion.

I feel a little lame for using an online dating site haha, but hey, it worked. only took 2-3 weeks for me to find someone I like and get laid. :)

They have an option where you put in your profile what your looking for, "new friends, short term dating, long term dating, activity partners, and casual sex."
 
Try POF or meetup.com Craigslist is a straight scam and backpage is basically only for pros. You have to pay to post on backpage so logically speaking if you weren't going to be making money off of it why post there when there's so many freebies? I Agree fully w everyone else tho...hopefully you found a better option. Kinda funny story about CL.. I was going thru my now Ex boyfriends email (cause I'm nosey and he's a pathological liar) and found multiple ad responses to gay ads and BBW ones. I was thoroughly freaked out because I'm not a guy nor BBW annddd he's in the army. When we broke up and he was being a cunt I brought it up (screen shots and all) and he totally switched up his attitude. Lol caught red fucking handed. A lotta the posts were solicitations too.

You would think that no decent female would bother to go on craigslist looking for sex when it would be easy enough, right?

But what if you just dont want the bullshit? Dont feel like going out and meeting people, dont feel like wasting time with a guy who looks good and you are attracted to only to find he got a small dick that you cant work with.

Like, hey, fuck it. Just post an exact description of what you want in particular and see who comes knockin. Maybe a chick who is using cl is just trying to be direct and avoid the hassle and wasted time and whatever else. Just go straight from point a to point b. It sucks cuz most guys would prob think that a female posting NSA ad on there is just like a total fucking whore. but maybe they just want some dick with a hot guy who fits their type and dont wanna put in the work to get it the traditional way.

And lol, im totally talking about myself. Except ive never posted an ad on there and dont plan to, but its a nice idea. I just dont think I have the patience for it or the desire to get with a guy who would be on there because in that case i imagine hes prob hooking up with mad chicks and I aint trying to fuck a complete man whore. I dont really care about feelings and all that but I would like the person Im fucking to at least limit themselves to fucking me only for the time that were involved, and i cant expect that kind of commitment from some random cl dude, so yea.
 
A good looking "normal" female can afford to be choosy. They generally have the pick of the room if they want no strings attached fucking right now. Most guys need to prove they are not a weird creeper first. I don't make the rules, society does.

Ha I forgot about this thread. I found a pretty little freaky thing at my buddys house Ive been loving, sometime during the week after posting this thread. Shes all no strings attached though, which I initially wanted, although now shes so bomb and fun to chill with after that I wouldnt mind tryin to move further eventually. But I aint gonna pull no clingy bullshit and ruin a good thing so I aint sayin nothin. Best part was I didnt have to go dress up for club and buy pricey drinks and play that bullshit game, just swing by my buddies pad with a few beers and talk to the cutie about her favorite music for a couple hours.

I guesa that was the point of this thread, finding a quick anon rendezvous without pay sites or actually having to go out and actively pursue it. Apparently craigslist isnt the solution, at least for me. I got one legit response and a bunch of spam shit when I actually did try. Its just one of those things I needed to actually go out and do, instead of posting an online ad and expecting magic. Who knows, I may eventually try again, and Ill definitely.dig this thread up if I do. Those paysites are only like $5 a month though and you get comprehensive profiles to peruse. My cheapass might just have to get over my penny pinching, lol...

My friend Alicia used to get on 'casual encounters' when she was on the outs with her SO. She was pretty haggard, so that may not be the encouraging vote you were looking for. One time my roommate let her stay on our couch and she asked him if she could invite a friend over. It turned out she was trying to post a casual encounters ad with our address so she could get laid in our living room. Lol.

My queer neighbor used to hook up with craigslist all the time. People would show up at our apartment building and knock on the front door. When I'd answer they'd be like "Stan?" and I'd have to point them in his direction. That was always embarrassing for him, but I got a kick out of it. There are frequent local ads in 'casual encounters' these days that say "meet me on the bridge on the bike path at 9:00 for a blowjob". When you get there, there is also some graffiti on the bridge that says "meet here at 9:00 for a blowjob". Seems a bit redundant to me. I'd be more interested in a scavenger hunt or something, but I guess it's nice to be assured you're waiting in the right place. I have never gotten a blowjob on the bikepath, but now that the scenario has re-entered my mind, I may head on down there...
