Cocaine Crack vs powder urinary detection periods

I recently smoked a gram of crack at 11 AM Saturday morning. At Monday at 1030 PM, I was dirty. At 930 AM Tuesday morning, my sample was clean. I tested myself at home.

I always go within the 72 hour rule when a drug test is needed. Can anyone tell me more, or their own personal experiences?
 
I dont think they really like drug testing questions on here. I imagine that it would stay in your system for almost the same amount of time as powder coke. Your body still needs to metabolize it, and its the metabolites they typically test for. Dont risk it, if this test is important take a week off and your next hit will be that much better
