Crack or Iv Coke

Now ive done my share of coke and I really like it except thats its very expensive. NOw Im gona be buying an 8ball of some good grade coke next week. and was thinkin of Iving since i have never tried and want to feel that rush. But is shooting coke as addicitive as smoking crack?
 
Shooting coke is much more addictive than smoking crack, theres also alot more health problems associated with IV cocaine.

Stick to the rocks mate, most people never come out of IV cocaine addiction. They either die or become severely mentally/physically disabled.
 
Different methods of administering a drug aren't always more addictive than others. Addictiveness is subjective. Whatever method of administration you prefer most is going to be the one that is most addictive to you.

That being said, if you've never IV'd before, especially with cocaine, you definately don't want to start now. Many people find IV cocaine to be far superior to other methods of ingesting it, so that's why most people find IV'ing it to be the most addictive method. IV cocaine is a slipperly slope that you really should think long and hard about before attempting it.

Dude you'll do a hit(assuming you know how to iv and don't miss) then like 2-3 min later before you even come down you'll be cooking another. You will most likely end up doing all your shit in one night. Start REALLY small if you insist on it, you'll most likely feel like your having a heart attack the 1st time, even if you get the amount small enougth, I'm totally serious about this iv coke is like 7-10 x stronger than snorting or smoking, its serious shit.


Be carefull dude, that said it is one hell of a rush...
 
IVing coke is not sustainable. One shot every 10 minutes and only two really good places to stick the needle. You do a single session and your veins will need months to fully recover. How people can IV coke on a regular basis I don't know.
 
If you're doing this purely for economical reasons, then forget it. As others mentioned, IV coke lasts only a few seconds. As for crack, I personally find it inferior to snorting coke - on par with sniffing glue, perhaps (and no, it has nothing to do with the purity of my product since I IVed some of the same rock I smoked and it was great).

IV coke is, in my experience, definitely more addictive than snorting coke in the "immediate" sense. After about 3 shots, I found myself going into autopilot, preparing a shot as soon as the last one ends. This is why I stopped IVing coke after just two runs. The only time I would ever IV coke now would be in a speedball, and I'm lucky if this happens once a year.

If you want to save money, I suggest going with a longer-lasting stimulant (if you must)...

The freebase is not soluble in water, so an acid must be used to get it into solution. In the one case I IVed crack, I used ascorbic acid, and that worked well, although it was hardly smart.
 
Dont mean to sound like a dick, but IV'ing coke usually kills within 2 years flat - if that. it's by far the worst habit a human can have. within months, you will have virtually no veins. you will not eat, sleep, have sex or do anything but shoot coke over and over and over and over all day and night, every 5 minutes. when its gone, you go insane and try to get more no matter what it takes. suicide is common and death comes wayyy way to early.

i'd think twice about shooting coke.

it makes IV heroin look almost harmless and its far worse than meth also.

Actually, iv'ing has been proven to be more addicting than other moa's.

Before you ask, no, I don't have the articles. But I do remember reading it. :\
 
For many people the needles, the blood, the collapsed veins are simply too much, whatever the high.

My feeling is that most bad addiction cases with coke are snorters, because snorting is the easiest and most practical way of administration. Remember that many IVers are snorters whose nose can't take it any more.

Think of alcohol. I'm sure you can get a hell of a buzz injecting or plugging alcohol but most alcoholics are drinkers.

If you want to experience IV coke, by all means do so, there's only one life and it's good to experience everything at least once. But don't base your consumption strategy on IVing! In my experience (I IVd 3 x) a good thick toke of good crack gives you the same buzz as a shot of blow, with only a fraction of the downside. You may feel miserable when you go to bed after 24 hours hitting the pipe, but at least you don't have both arms dripping with blood like some Jesus Christ figure and you don't have to wear long-sleeve shirts for the next 4 weeks.
 
IV is the only way I'd do cocaine unless my friends had some rocks.

IV cocaine owns all other methods and while it does suck taking 30 shots in an hour the rush and the feeling from it is so great.

I used to IV coke damn near everyday and some of the things people are saying are just stereotypes. May have got a little less sleep and ate less but that is to be expected staying up doing coke all night eliminating the appetite. I wasn't really addicted to it like OxyContin and heroin though.
 
yeah man mine too. fuck that. I thougth it was less addictive then crack. And im not gona be shooting 30times in 1hour
 
To the OP -
be happy you have decided (for the time being) not to do it. Don't believe all the "advice" and "stories" from the posters in this thread. You're not going to do 30 shots in an hour, and you're not on a collision course for death and insanity.
Before you make any decisions, read some of the older IV coke threads on BL. Search "coke" "cocaine" "iving" "seizure".
I battled with IV cocaine addiction for 4 years. I spent 25 years building a "good life" and almost threw it all away to IV cocaine addiciton. I had never had a problem with alcohol or drugs prior to IV cocaine.
I have been in recovery since March of 2006, and have had two slips since that time.
I do not believe that you can either a) sustain an IV coke habit long term without being "sucked in" to addiction (as described above); or b) go back to snorting or smoking coke once you have tried IV.
For me, staying away from IV coke now means staying away from all mind-altering substances. It doesn't take much to get me thinking about it, and it's a very slippery slope from there . . .

I had a severe reaction from injecting to much cocaine I had done about 2 grams in 20 mins and on the last shot my eyes starting flipping inside my skull my skin burned up I fell to the ground cause my knees gave out I couldnt see for atleats 2 mins I thought my heart was gonna stop and I was gonna die. finally I could see again but then got violently ill I went to the hospital an hour later and my pulse was still almost 3 times what it should have been. they gave me 4mg of ativan and I finally felt normal. so yeah dont shoot coke
