This is a bit of a nitpicky point, but did you take all these photos yourself? If so great, but if not you should probably be crediting your sources. Just to be fair to the photographer who did take them.

Also, that crack needs a good washing, there's no way that it's supposed to be that orange/pink.

um...I couldn't resist. I had to check out this blog cuz of the title.(I am in deep passionate love with crack-cocaine)..But I broke up with her. She's too expensive,drives me crazy and I hate her for stealing my devotion. Sneaky bitch!
I knew that reading yer blog wouldn't trigger me too bad. seeing the picture had little effect on me. Maybe it was becuz of the color..lol.

 

The rules here are a bit different than in TDS d_w. As long as it isn't going against the BLUA, then it is pretty well fair game. Back at his/her original post, shoolameet mentioned that they were going to use their blog as a series of photos of drugs and paraphernalia. Not my cup of tea, as you can see a bajillion drug photos in half a second using Google, and we do have a whole gallery to host such images, but there are many photo blogs in the interweb that do similar things. If they are taking the photos themselves, then I'd still say that there is merit in the blog.

Granted, there usually is some sort of commentary or blurb about the photo, but it's not up to me to make people post things that are more to my taste. Just to make sure they aren't breaking any rules, which this post hasn't.

My original post also states (and now the blog description as well) that the sources of all photos will remain anonymous as I don't want there to be any sort of incrimination - so unless someone specifically asks me to credit them I am not going to.

Mostly I just enjoy the provocativeness of the photos (photography is also a hobby of mine) and that is why I am posting them. This is MY blog and I feel that as long as I am not breaking any rules I should be allowed to do what I want with it.

And to Drug Wench:
I am sorry if this was a trigger for you, but then don't read my blog if is. The thread is titled crack/cocaine and you did have a choice of whether or not to click the button and open the blog (unless it came up as a random blog when you opened the blogs section, in which case I am sorry then.) And lastly, this is a harm reduction site where most of the people on it are still actively using, so don't you think if you are browsing this site you are bound to come across something that could be a trigger? I know if I was clean, this entire website would be a trigger for me, not just one measly blog.

 

^ DW isn't yet clean, which is why she tends to stick to TDS and blogs. I guess she just wasn't expecting to see a massive pic of crack when she opened this entry... just a regular blog entry that she could read and perhaps reply to. But I'm sure she accepts it now that Dave's clarified the rules. She just wasn't sure if it was appropriate or not. But all good.

and if uve ever read my blog entries, im far from clean or 'anti-drug', i just kinda wondered wat point u were trying to get across by posting pics of drugs in a blog entry

like id understand if u posted the pic then described an experience u had with that drug or something
i just dont understand just 'random drug pics' i guess
but hell why do i hav to understand it, if it makes u happy

i must admit i did originally click on the blog entry thinking u were going to talk about the ups and downs ud experienced with crack cocaine so it was kinda a big shock to just b hit with a pic of it
strangely it doesnt make me fiend for crack cocaine - i used to freebase my coke but it was never technically 'crack'
it more reminded me of the oxys i used to snort....or even this heroin i got once that looked kinda like that and was strangely powerful considering it was yellowy (apart from the fact that thats more rock-like...ur pic i mean)

sorry to look like i was being a bitch - i was in a slightly 'short-of-fuse' mood tbh cos i was on a bit on a meth bender and i was strung-out waiting to swallow my benzos/methadone
(see....im not going to pretend im not still using!)

and also thanks for being civil with me - some ppl wud reply with something nasty and me, having had a nervous breakdown over the past yr (and being a self-harmer, etc - hence liking TDS), i just get upset and go on some self-harming binge or take heaps of drugs

so obviously ur a nice enough guy - therefore wen i ask wat ur motives r for putting up pics of drugs all over ur blog (without any 'blogging' about ur experience with them or something) rather than just using the gallery....i guess im just curious...

I know the feeling - my DOC is opiates and those make me one hell of a bitch (I am a girl, btw.)

And I prefer a healthy debate over arguing with people - no sense in being an asshole to someone I don't even know.

hmm yea opiates wud b my DOC if someone hadnt invented methamphetamine.....theres something about heroin that kept me on a string before i went on MMT
id get off it, then next time i was round the wrong set of friends id b banging up again

and i hav the same philosophy - why b hurtful to someone wen u dont know them? hell, for all u know, their best friend cud hav died the day before....

ppl act like im some kinda saint at times but trust me, esp wen i was TDS mod, there were some members of BL that i was realllly glad werent in NZ cos if they had bn i wud hav bn looking up their fucking address once i got on the P again....

(but thats me on a tweaked rant again lol)

anyway sorry again for assuming u were a guy....ppl did that to me in TDS all the time so thats kinda why i stuck up the pic of my horse and i for my avatar
most ppl assume many things - one of them being that most ppl who ride r female

and i always 'come around' wen someones treated me fairly

 

opiates make me a bitch even when I am high, but I guess more so when I am coming down - they just make me very irritable, which is a pretty common side effect.
And I refuse to discover meth because I see people falling in love with that faster than they fall in love with heroin lol.

Anyways, enjoy the blog entries you can read and don't find to be too much of a trigger because some of the photos are quite beautiful in my opinion lol.
