How do j make a batch of crack be more consistent. Once I finish I break it into smaller pieces some pieces are extremely stronger than others

If you follow the same ratio of soda to powder and use same product it should come out the same. You also need a relitively fresh box of soda each time. The soda part is really important. I have made poo batches many times from using soda that was just in my cupboard.

Crazy about the baking soda, wonder how many people have just fucked themselves with that part of it.

I bake a cake about once or twice a year and always have to remind myself not to use that box I’ve been using to deodorize the fridge for whatever time it’s been since I baked the last one.
