So I had 4 major surgeries about ten years ago for a car accident I was in that left me with a smashed elbow, broken femur, torn ligaments, open fracture on my foot, broken fibula and broken pinky. Since then I've been okay for the most part but recently due to favoring my better leg for years i have sever pain in my femur and knee. It also has affected my back with the favoring of the leg. My question is do you think I'd be able to be put on pain medication for this problem? How should I go about getting on meds? I'm near hartford and wondering if anyone knew of any doctors that would be good for me to see/how to go about it getting on meds. Thanks.

You would probably need to see a pain management specialist. Start with your primary doctor if you have one and they can refer you. But we can't recommend doctors at Bluelight, wish you the best.
