Could you get a medical marijuana card Underage?

Well I'm 17, and I'm desperate for a card. Could I get it underage? And if I could would I need my parents consent? I remember my psychiatrist saying something like once your 16 you have more rights or whatever...
 
fuck buying weed legally, buy it off the black market!!
i prefer to aquire my marigandje off the books, i dont want that shit on record! lol.

You have to be 18 to buy medical Cannabis in California as far as I know. You really should wait until you're 18 anyway, you'd avoid a lot of hastle.

Ah, I didn't know that, I thought the medical cannabis proposition only applies to adults? Also, every dispensary I've checked so far either as a legal limit of 18 or 21, perhaps there is a procedure for those under 18.

Nope it doesn't, but minors have to have parental consent, and most clubs are 18+. There are a couple that I know of though that let kids in without their parents. Oh ya I forgot to mention that. Your parents can go into the club with you if its only 18+
 
I'm going to close this thread up, since it's dealing with a legality issue --- whether or not someone underage can get a MMJ card. I'm sure things vary state to state and maybe even beyond that, but I think the general cut off age is 18. Google is your friend however. Closed.
