Hi!

I am not a native english speaking person. I am from Finland so my mother language is finnish.

I would like to ask if anybody here would want to evaluate my english skills based on the posts I have made in here Bluelight forums

You can find my posts by following this link

This is a task that many won't find very interesting , I can't know , but I would like to get some feedback anyways.

You don't need to get into my questions or anything like that, try not to be biased and do this like english grammar and writing test

Anybody interested?

Hey Madmike, your link doesn't work.....judging from your post in this thread, your english is not so bad....it's not perfect, but I've seen lots worse from people who do speak english as their first language.

The important thing is that it's very easily understood....the only problems I can see are really really minor (for example, there's no apostrophe in the word want), but nothing that gets in the way of communication..

I agree with Raz. Some of your sentence constructions are a little non-standard, but it's fully readible, more so than many native speakers.

Thanks

That search id has expired , but one can always search by himself :)

As a person who's native language is not english , I pay more attention to my writing.
I construct my sentences in a little funny way also in finnish, I guess it has something to do with my personality.
I took my Matriculation Examination in 2003 and got Eximia (A-) from english test.

I agree with the previous statements. Your sentences are crystal clear, whereas sometimes with native English speakers, you feel as though you are shoveling through metaphor in order to understand structure.
