ive been blazing for 3 years now. I started with a blunt with my boys on the weekend but then started picking up myself and now im smoking an 8 a day

my question is that when i sleep for a normal or longer range, say 8-10 hours i dont feel that replenished feeling that i find to get when i end up taking random naps for about 4-5 hours and i wake up feeling like a new person.

how could this 3-4 hour difference in sleep time make that big of impact on how id feel when i awake?

I havent had a days break from bud in over 2 years , but i should prolly mention i am also on meds for bipolar and anxiety which now when i think about it would make more sense to have an impact.

regardless of which drug it is, by the way i take Invega, Xanax, Adderall, and Zoloft ya i know its fucking rediculous , im curious if they are interfering with me feeling better after a normal night length sleep compared to a 5 hour nap

thank you

I think there is such a think as over-sleeping. I know if I sleep for a really long time, longer than usual, it takes me longer to come round. I don't have any medical explanation but I just think that any drastic change in your sleeping pattern is going to have an effect until you get used to it.

The replenished feeling you get after you take naps are probably the effects of the adderall and zoloft.

If you take the invega at night before your normal 8 hour sleep period, the shitty feeling is most likely the residual effects of the pill from the night before (assuming you dose at night).

I'd see about lowering your dose of invega or upping your dose of adderall or both.

i take the invega when i wake up at 3mg which is the lowest dose i think

ive read that medicine like invega can dimish effects of amphetamines, so maybe i should just try no invega since i feel no difference after taking it , same with the zoloft. at first they worked for about a month or two but then the positive effects left and i take it so i dont feel shitty withdrawl.

fuck pills ugh

Ask your doctor if it's safe to stop using the invega. You might not feel any benefit from taking it, but coming off abruptly could have bad results. Maybe try slowing down on the weed and see how you sleep.

My newb advice, try stop smoking weed for ONE day....then see what happens.
You got a cocktail of strong shit flowing through your brainsack,...

marijuana affects the sleep cycle to a certain extent, but not as much as alprazolam affecting the sleep cycle.

You are on a handful of pills a day, I don't think its fair to blame it in weeds

If i were you, i'd stop the invega especially if you smoke as much grass as you posted. Im diagnosed bi-polar and i just take 30mg adderall twice a day and 200mg zoloft plus a non narcotic sleeping pill. Chronic tends to replace the need of pills like seroquel and other anti-psychotics, for me anyway. Talk to your doc first before you just stop taking it though.

Both the weed and the xanax effect the sleep cycle. Like laC said though, I'd definitely point fingers at the xanax. When I was prescribed benzos, which lasted for several years, my sleep cycle was FUCKED.

Smoking so much weed in the day is going to make you tired through out the day. I feel you are taking naps because you are smoking 1/8th of weed a day. I was there in my life not to long ago, and it really started to mess with my capabilities in life. Lower the amount of weed your smoking. Not only will it help with your tolerance, but being blasted out of your head all day long isn't productive for staying awake, getting shit done, keeping a decent memory, etc.

Also just to state the obvious, weed stays in your system for weeks.
Which can make a diagnoses for your question not that final/accurate.

Your asking if a combination of Invega, Xanax, Adderall, and Zoloft would cause sleep problems. Hmm.. let's see, I think it would. Common sense would tell you that.

IT's def. the alpazarom. That shit destroys your sleep cycle. DO you dream when you sleep?
