Could Steroids Help Me?

Never did decline bench myself. Seemed to be just asking for a shoulder injury.

I don't really do it either but am tempted to start. Main problem isn't whilst lifting but reracking the weight after use- you just have to pull so far back/up its really unnatural. Maybe DB declines would be less stressful.

Would you guys consider this an overtrain (I'm trying to gain strength):
3 sets of each exercise
start heavy:
-free weight press~6 reps
-bench press heaviest weight, 1 rep with a neg (well I usually neg after last rep of anything)
-free weight incline~7 reps
end with:
-decline bench~10 rep
-some sort of fly~10 rep

Nah thats fine- todays workout for me

4x6 barbell bench
3x10 weighted dip
3x10 incline db flye
3x10 ez-curl preacher curls
3x12 db curls
3x10 skull crushers

then did drop sets on the tricep pull down cables...

Honestly? Stay off them, looks like you have a good work-out resume sorted. Keep it at, steroids = liver damage.

If your heart is set on it, try some oral Dbol over a 3 week cycle. After that you'll
know if you want to keep taking.
Terrible, terrible post. 3 week d bol cycle will damage the liver and yield bad results as opposed to an 8 week prop cycle with proper pct
OP ignore this guy

So does taking testosterone pills damage the liver? I would want to dose pretty low, so my only reason to inject would be to prevent any liver damage. My strength has certainly been increasing, rather slowly but steadily. I was big before, then lost a lot of size cause I got out of it for a little while, but since the summer I have put most of it back on (about 10 lb). But I've never been much bigger than I am right now. I would only be using them to enhance what is already going on because I will surely be getting bigger as I've upped my diet even moreso lately.
'testosterone pills' ...
the only test ester'd pills are Andriol and that is test undecanoate, which isnt good for a first cycle. Dosing 'pretty low' does not mean you get proportionally lower gains just like megadosing does not mean extraordinary gains.

You need to read up a lot more on this and you are not ready.
