Could Someone Give me Advice on Managing Anxiety and Sleep Issues Without Prescription Meds?

Good Erythrina Mulungu extract, is worth considering. And harm reductive.

DSM-5 describes Delirium as what dr's here call a Delier. Which is probably a Dutch word meaning the same. The symptoms overlap.

Sorry for getting obsessed with that term, just when I had a non-concious Ictal Psychosis (post, during and after), which is a feature of seizure I was having.
But when medical staff has no clue what is happening to you. They really hurt me during my beserk fases, causing lasting damage.

And then later you later read in your file they considering it a Delirium/ Delier. And call for a psychiater which arrive's 1 1/2 later to administer some Diazepam and Haldol.
Nah you're all good, the similarities are pretty interesting, psychology is such a young and vague science. One of the few that is still almost entirely based on behavior observation

Not the experience that they created for me. Got in SEH after a seizure, probably caused by my chronic insomnia and stress.

When that seizure was over they quickly put me in the hall, handed my phone. At that point my memory starts functioning again. "Call your Mam your ok, and she can come and get you".

After that talk, even rememberd how to opperate my phone, talked to my Mom. And then 'blacked out', apperently I went beserk in that hall, while having no recollection of it. So back to the SEH. On the bed a permanent IV was brought in. Which I attempted to rip out, a person that has an needle fobie high as a mountain. So with an SEH staff with no clue what was hapening thought well let's restrain him. 3 guy's pushing me on the bed for over an eternity.

Waiting for a Psychiater to show up who just administerd lots of Diazepam and Haldol. Then it was finally over, on 100 mg Diazepam I was walked to my room. Surprising the nurse that I was still standing and walking straight. Slept like a log, discovering next day that in that seizure I pissed myself. Lifted the sheet's, and was embraced by the smell of old piss. Butter overal I felt ok. The pain and psychic damage manifested a few day's later.

Have your testosterone levels checked . . Low T causes everything you listed and getting levels back to normal helps sleep, concentration, more energy etc etc
