We are in a deep forest
The sky is full of stars and the moon is bright
We come to a field...
Crickets are singing and the wind begins to blow
Blades of grass reach out to tickle your legs
A melody begins to play over the wind
Lightning bugs circle around our heads
Moon beams fall down to pull us in and she smiles
Fairies slide down the beams
There giggles sound like peace in the night
We dance in circles for what seems like hours
We come to the edge of a cliff now, it feels like we should be afraid
But we are not
Take my hand the ocean is just below
We jump on to a cloud and he takes us to the surface of the water
We jump in and swim under
The moon reaches in for us so that we may see
Mermaids and merman swim about us
A family of dolphins glide before us performing their natural beauty
We touch the reef and play with the fish that squiggle through our fingers
The merman and mermaids wave good-bye to us
And we take the beams of moonlight and she takes up to the field
We continue to dance until we get dizzy and fall to the ground
Laying on our backs staring off into the night
The sand man sneaks up, and into a land of darkened slumber we fly
When you open your eyes you will awake at home, warm in you bed
To then ponder on whether you were dreaming or what
