Hi,
I'm pretty discouraged right now.
Basically I have always been skinny/fat. In school I was the weakest kid in class.
I always felt like something is wrong with me.
Around age 20 when I first found out I have low T I thought this explains it all.
This is why I am so damn weak and dont have much more muscle mass than a woman.
I also was never able to put on muscle mass in the gym.
Anyway, the thing is I've been on T injections since October.
I get 250mg T enanthate every 3 weeks. As already discussed in another thread this is far from optimal but my endo is stubborn.
He doesn't do shorter intervals and also no HCG!
I could only go back on gels which also wasn't great, or go on Nebido.
What I know so far from lab tests is that 1 week after an injection my T level is slightly above the normal range.
2 weeks after the injection I was at 13nmol/l which is low normal. (my "natural" levels used to be between 8-12 nmol)
How low I am after 3 weeks before the next injection is something I don't know.
My question is, should I still put on muscle mass under this regimen? Since I lack muscle mass shouldn't my body start to gain at least a bit
when my T levels are raised?
Or would those constant fluctuations of my T levels (up and down) prevent me gaining muscle mass? For example when I'm 7 days in a high T range and then 7 days in a low normal
range and then 7 days in a low range, then would this basically mean that even if I should gain a bit during the high range time that I'd still lose it during the time when my T is low?
I feel like I haven't gained anything since October. My forearms are still as disgustingly skinny as always. Also my arms and shoulders look as thin as always.
I have gained weight but I think this is only fat cause I ate too much.
I'm concerned now far various reasons cause 1) I dont know if I should put on muscle mass on TRT cause if yes then what would this mean if I dont?
Would this mean that there is someting else wrong with me and that the low T is not the explanation for me being skinny and weak?
That's scary. I always thought that low T is the explanation but what if it's not? I wouldn't even know where to look then. Which doctor is supposed to help me with this?
They will just tell me I'm fine and make fun of me or think I'm crazy or watched too many Schwarzenegger movies. But I really do look abnormally skinny/fat. I really hate
looking this way. It's not normal at all. I really look like a woman without boobs. Everything is just skin and bones (and fat).
I can't even do 1 regular pushup! I never could.
How can this be normal?
