Stimulants Cotton for IV:s

Have bought some amp thats turn into cotton when its mixed
with water..
And after a while the cotton turns into gel/jello
Have anybody experience how to handle this kind of amp for IV?
First that I got in mind was that is was cut with crushed "pills"
or something with combine "gunk" (idont know name).
But this coming direct from vender and supose to be uncuttet8)
Sometimes you gets this kind of amp (cotton)when you buy it in the
nearest streetcorner..
But this should not be amature cut!
So my question is:
Can this "cotton" failure be because of chemstry fail during
cleaning process?

I would DEFIANTLY not IV that. Hell I would just throw it away.

This type of speed is paste and not sulfate..
Maybe its because its paste and not sulfate thats make it turn to "cotton"?
Is there any "paste" that can be solved in water?
Can you clean paste to make it work to with IV...?
Hope someone have answer to my 100 questions...
Iam sitting on a "mountin" of this shit so I would be very glad if someone had a answer
