this is only marked amp prefix because it is because of my amphetamine usage that I require this sort of hydration, So while gatorade isn't THAT expensive, it isn't exactly really cheap either, and at the end of a week, I often find myself without any gatorade any only water. The purpose of this thread is to bring into the light any alternative sources of electrolytes; as of now, I am thinking about those packets you can mix with water, but not sure but i'll try, also gatorade mix might be the answer. any one out there have any innovative sources for electrolytes?

A cheap alternative to gatorade is homemade oral rehydration solution. It's a mixture of salt, sugar, and water and it's what they give to people with moderate (severe requires IV fluids) dehydration. I'm not sure how much sugar and salt, but a google search will tell ya. I've tried it, it just tastes like sugar water, not good but not disgusting.

Milk, cheeze, bananas...if you get salt, calcium, magnesium and potassium you're pretty good.

Gatorade powder...
alot cheaper for a kilo than those tiny ass fucking bottles, probably last you a good while.

Try eating too if you don't.

Pedialyte is probably the way to go.

Otherwise, you can find someone selling potassium e.g. citrate and add a small portion of that and a small amount of salt to some Kool Aid.
