Correlation of Lupus and high tolerance to speed(meth,cocaine)

Is it common for people with Lupus,to have a hard time feeling effects of meth or cocaine,regardless of flare up or taking other meds?.....always takes way more,even in beginning and havent done for a long time....from beginning it's been like that and I should be happy,because I can go without,but they give somewhat of an energy boost,but very mild. just curious!
