Cops Seize Incense AM-2201, AM694, JWH-019, JWH-081, JWH203, JWH-210, JWH-250

Long story short. Got arrested the other day and I had a box full of homemade incenses containing AM-2201, AM694, JWH-019, JWH-081, JWH203, JWH-210, JWH-250 and a bag of AM-2201. They said they had to send it out to the lab. Now I realize I didn't get a receipt for it. Did they just screw me out of $400? I also got a UPM ticket and must appear at court.

Last time I was caught with bags of a piperazine mix(positive of this) and the lab report said it was coke. I ended up doing six months for that.

Now I'm worried they're gonna pull the same thing this time when I show up to court stating that the lab reports came back saying the incense is illegal and getting stuck in jail again. I thought all the cannabinoids i had were legal but i was reading somewhere that JWH-019 might be an analogue of JWH-018.

However in defense of the whole thing, they only gave me the UPM ticket and no ticket for why I was pulled over.

I saw a legal section but couldn't post there, sorry if this is is the wrong place. Move if need be.

What was the question here? The reason that Legal Discussion is being closed down is that we can't really offer any good advice other than "speak to a lawyer". We don't know the laws in your country or state (and you haven't even told us either of those things), and you are likely incriminating yourself just by posting about it. So- get a lawyer. That's the best advice you can get. I'm going to close this thread because I've said everything that there is to say.
