Wrong. Alcohol and Tylenol (Acetaminophen) are a bad combination because together they can cause liver damage, but NSAIDS such as aspirin and ibuprofen are both fine to take with alcohol.
Wrong. In the non-alcoholic person (one who doesn't drink large amounts regularly), Tylenol + Alcohol is only a minor concern. An alcoholic, on the other hand, is highly susceptible to liver damage from tylenol because chronic drinking depletes the liver's stores of gluthianone. A small amount of tylenol is converted into a very toxic substance in the body (for anyone who takes it). However, non-alcoholics have plenty of gluthianone to convert the toxic metabolite into something that isn't toxic. Alcoholics are lacking in the enzyme so the toxic metabolite of tylenol remains in the liver long enough to start causing hepatic damage. If you are concerned, you can take N-acetylcysteine (go to GNC) daily and your gluthianone stores won't get so depleted. BTW, N-acetylcysteine is the specific antidote used to treat tylenol-induced hepatotoxicity.
The interaction between alcohol and NSAID's is of greater concern than alcohol + tylenol in non-alcoholics. NSAID's carry a substantial risk of GI bleeding by themselves. Alcohol acts to further irritate the stomach as well as thin the blood which makes GI bleeding more likely and more severe.

1) Alcohol + Tylenol (Alcoholic person)-Most risky combination
2) Alcohol + NSAID's (Any person)-Moderately risky
3) Alcohol + Tylenol (Non-alcoholic person)-Minimally risky
