Cooking Method

Does anyone NOT use "Nazi" method today? Anybody cooking hot (to your knowledge; SWIM responses accepted)?

A bird came up to me and told me one day that the cold nazi method is the only way its done in my neck of the woods, its all about economics(and safety).
seriously though, around here, i am not aware of anybody cooking hot. im sure its done, but not as often.

It looks like it to me, except old dogs don't appear to have learned new tricks in the in some rural areas. Apparently there is still a sizeable contingent of good old boys who drive around in ratty-ass pickups with a hot batch cooking in the bed...waitng to blow up.
