I do not want to inject the solution but i've read of preparations for i.v. use. There are many variations but they all involve heating in a spoon to defeat the gel time-release.

Would just swallowing the solution after letting it cool for a moment be an effective method?

Sure, the reason you don't inject it is because of the gels and binders and shit, but the oral route will keep those out of your blood.

Ah, thank you. I searched high and low for information on how to break the time-release for morphine and the only info I could find was for i.v. prep. It seems like it's a simple step in logic to think that the i'v. prep works just as well for oral use, akin to an op. Though after an extensive search I found nothing on using morphine this way and this made me wonder whether the method is effective and/or efficient.

After cooking up a fair number of mscontin 60s I notice that the gel stays in the cooker after drawing out the liquid with a syringe. I am sure a bit of it makes it into the rig but seriously all the gel is left behind even though the solution is hot. Probably because it does not absorb into the cotton very well I assume, but this was surprising.
