Converting powdered ketamine to liquid

I have powdered ketamine and would like to convert it to liquid for IM injection. I'm not clear on how much water to use, and also if I can just dissolve the K in room temp water or if I need to apply heat.

Also I have 28g syringes. Is this a good size for IM?

Any guidance much appreciated.

Make sure you use a micron filter for IM.

I don't know jack about needles so I'll leave it for others but I do know you need a micron filter for IM.
