Opioids Convert Oxycodone to Oxymorphone - 15X Potency

Hey all,

I was reading some things lately abotu Oxycodone and realized there is a relatively simple, from a chemists perspective, procedure to convert oxycodone to oxymorphone. The MG yield is about 70%, but since Oxymorphone is 15X stronger than Oxycodone per MG, it ends up being like 9X more opiate potency than you started with.

My friends girlfriend is a grad chem student and Im gonna give her the instructinos on how to do it... it is a bit beyond me, but if it is easy why not take my OCs and make them 9X stronger =P Sounds cool to me! I've never done Oxymorphone but I hear mixed things about it... some say its the best, some say its overrated and blows goat.

Anyone know anything about this conversion or know anyone to have done it? Is Oxymorphones euphoria comparable to OC or is it more like morphine?

Theres a wealth of info about this on the web and from a chemists perspective, the reagents needed are common, easy to obtain, and non-suspicious

ORALLY oxymorphone is only about 2x the potency of oxycodone, oxycodone is partially converted to oxymorphone when ingested ORALLY. if you IV it (oxymorphone) then im sure your numbers are most likely to be correct or somewhere around there. So if you have done oxycodone you have done oxymorphone also just in small amounts. I'm not sure on what oxymorphone feels like itself since i've never come across it or had a chance to try it when i was actively using opiates, now just subs.

Assuming you had 1mg of oxycodone and 1mg of oxymorphone and were able to get 100% BA via IV administration, oxymorphone is approximately 14 times stronger mg for mg than oxycodone. However for most intents and purposes since getting 100% BA and 100% instantly available oxymorphone are close to impossible if you don't have a lab, you may as well consider it to be about 4x stronger mg for mg.
 
sounds cool... what do you guys think about oxymorphone in terms of its euphoric effects compared with oxycodcone?

Morphine Sulfate, for me, provides more of a body high and has more phsyical symptoms than oxycodone (facial flushing, sedation, heavyness, constipation, warmness, respiratory depression) and oxycodone has more of a stimulant / euphoria effect-- a great mental euphoria and a nice body high as well but more centered on the mental euphoria. Do you guys agree with me on this one?

How about oxymorphone? Is it comparable to morphine in terms of effects? I know a chem grad student and I am thinking about having her help me with this little project for the fun of it and see what happens. If it truly yields much more opiate experience than it started with, I will have her help me write a step by step instruction with all tools needed (assuming if by observing her, I find it would be possible for someone without a chemistry background to safely complete the experiment).
 
Oxymorphone is an amazing substance with awful, awful withdraws.. By far the best opie I've ever fucked with, and I've done em' all. The nod is superior to anything (except IV'ing stuff) which I won't bring myself to do as I know myself and opiates. Can't compare it with morphine. It's a strong body load n heavy nod. Love it. <3
Not as euphoric as Oxycodone, heavier nod, though.

Id say its comparable to oxycodone as it has a sort of stimulation to it. The best way I can think to describe it is as having the uppityness of oxycodone with a body buzz/euphoria somewhat like heroin but stronger. I always snort it and in the first couple hours of the high Im always cleaning or looking around for something productive to do, like oxys would have me doing. but as it reaches its peak I always catch a heavy nod, but its unique because itll get so bad i cant keep my eyes open but its not all cloudy like morphine is. I still feel awake and can hear what going on around but im still nodding haaard and my body is totally warm and overcome with euphoria=D. its like the best of both worlds really. The only thing I dont like about this drug is I often feel a bit of physical w/d the day after a single use. Those links are pretty sweet but this will probably get closed for synth discussion

those synths are not at ALL easy; even a grad student in chemistry would have difficulty performing them simply because of the equipment that is required.

Sorry but there is no way in hell you are going to be able to perform that synth. Sounds like you are discontent with your OC? Be a big boy and go out and buy some dope. Sadly the only thing someone like you would be able to come across would be some nasty black tar. If you have some good resources in Oakland China White is procurable. Now that stuff is far superior to Oxymorphone or Fentanyl.
 
IMO Oxymorphone is the king of all opiates. I love it more than all other opiates ive tried (and ive tried most of them lol)
unfortunately neither of those are easy synths like you said, youd need a full lab so unless you plan on doing it at your university good luck finding the equipment.

as for potency OxyM is much more potent, I got way more high off snorting 20mgs of it than i do off 80 of OxyC
 
no synthesis discussion allowed here on bluelight. there are other drug forums to cater for that.

extraction methods, cleaning, etc are fine but no synths
