Conversions for heroin use

Is there a standard conversion chart for using h in different ways? most opiates have them and comparisons between diff drugs

so amounts needed for direct conversion on oral, nasal, smoked, im, iv use.

if not would anyone like to give it a go on their own experiences?

I am not 100% certain, and don't proceed solely by my account, but in my experience, IV H is usually 3x as potent as insufflated (nasal) H; 5mg IV = 15mg snorted. I've had others corroborate this as well. As far as Oral goes, I think there is no diacetylmorphine that gives an effect, I believe 100% of the H converts straight into Morphine (and its metabolites), and the conversion rate on that, I am not exactly sure. This is all just conjecture and assumption from a 1st hand account. I would wager Oral H at 15mg would be like 1mg-2mg IV H. I've also heard people say that insufflation is around 40%-50% the potency of IV. But I believe it is closer to 33%-35% (as in, IV is just under 3 times the potency of insufflation). Smoked being slightly over twice as potent as insufflation. IM being a slightly stronger than oral (this is just a guess from the logic of how IM H works).

Please correct me if I'm wrong. This is just from personal experience.

no thats a pretty good summary and i doubt theres a clinical version to show it. thanks for the reply edika.

Oral = 60mg
Nasal = 30mg
Smoked =15mg
IM =
IV = 10mg

i left im out as didnt think u meant its only slightly stronger than oral, did u mean im slightly stronger than smoked?
how do figures look to u?

I think it is close to this

Oral = 12-15mg
Nasal = 5mg
Smoked = 2.5mg
IM = 2mg-7mg (depends on your body I believe, but at its best, it is more efficient than smoking, start low)
IV = 1mg
