Conversions between different ROAs

I just wanted to be safe and ask if I remember this right:

7.5mgs of oral hydromorphone equals 10mg oxycodone.

If I want to acquire same high from hydromorphone taken intranasally than from oxycontin taken orally, I would have to first check the multiplier for that too.

BA for oral hydromorphone is somewhat 30% (this is not rocket science)
BA for insufflated hydromorphone is somewhat 50%

Therefore 30/50 = 0.6

So if I had used 100mgs of oxy to get high I would need 100mg*0,75=75mg for same strength oral dose and 75mg*0.6=45mg of insufflated hydromorphone?
