Im taking about 1/16 of an 8 mg suboxone...or at least I think so if I did my math right... Taking half of a quarter in other words...what is the opioid conversion for this? I don't even know if I'm phrasing this question correctly lol sorry if I'm being confusing...thanks in advance guys.

Half a quarter of an 8mg pill would be 1mg. 1mg suboxone is about 20mg methadone.

Edit: You need to be careful converting suboxone. Because it's a partial agonist and there is a ceiling effect the doseage won't correlate linearly like most opiates. Just because 1mg suboxone = 20mg methadone does NOT imply 10mg suboxone = 200mg methadone.

As SPC123 said, you are taking 1mg since you are actually taking 1/8th of a pill, and not 1/16th.

Is there any particular opiate that you are trying to figure out the 1mg suboxone equivalency to? What ROA are you using for the suboxone? Also, are looking to use another opiate for recreational purposes, or therapeutically?

We need more information, as Tommy stated above.

Suboxone is a tricky one to convert due to its different effects at low and high dose.

1mg Buprenorphine = 32mg Oxycodone

As others have noted - you're taking 1/8, not 1/16, with the information you've given.

Ahh thank you. And no specific opiate to convert it too, just some type of estimate to compare it to. And I take it for recreational purposes. And I'm sorry I don't know what ROA is, lol
