hello Bluelighters

Each times I have Instant Release and Extended Release I dont know how to dose.

Example: with oral morphine I need to take 300mg or ER to have a good high. But IR much less.

Now with tramadol lots of people seems to get a high from 3,4x50mg IR and me, when I take 150-200mg ER I dont feel anything.

Now my question is, is it dangerous to dose about 600-700mg ER tramadol ? because I read that more than 400mg is quite dangerous. I suppose that if it would be IR it would be a fucking high but really dangerous.
But I don't know at what speed the body can ingest this ammount of ER dose, so I never know how much exactely I have to take or ER form.

I dont know if you understood my question...

Ummm....your right its dangerous in high doses....it causes severe seizures.....so yes, be careful.

Also....if your going to take alot of tramadol(I have no clue why you woud do this)...then dose slowly over a long period of time...this helps prevent the occurence of seizures greatly. And helps your body metabolize it in a correct fashion....meaning it will feel better.

Are you not doing anything to "convert" your ER pills to an IR form?

no. I think this didnt work. For me you can't change an IE to IR. Even if you crush them, or drink them with hot water or anything else.

at least with morphine. With tramadol I never do it because I dont know if it work.
