I am fairly fit, I just have a little stomach fat, which isn't noticeable, but want that six pack to shine! :)

I normally eat eggs, steak and chicken as fat free as I can get 'em. And eat as much as I can. Trying to get more protein.

I work out for about 30 mins every other day.

Main goal?

To bulk up, maybe get to 200lbs but also replace my current fat with muscle.

Anyone have suggestions? Like protein, creatine, shakes?

I also heard one of my friends using something...Called like no fx, or something thats supposed to be like cocaine lol, you just want to lift non-stop, tons of energy, but its also an easy way to pull a muscle.

I've been contemplating steroids but wanted to give the legit away another go around. Anyone have any tips?

ALSO:

Is adding any of the following BAD for trying to achieve this?
BBQ Sauce(for the chicken) Cheese(for the eggs) Salt and pepper(for everything) ?

I have a caffeine addiction as well, im trying to replace that sugar pop.

I would not suggest steroids at this time. Looks like your diet and training need some help.

Get rid of the sugar pop. Caffeine is fine, sugar is a no-no. BBQ sauce has a lot of sugar. Cheese is ok IMO. Salt, keep it in moderation as too much will cause you to retain more water than you want. I have no problems with pepper.

I try to only have a protein shake during a workout, towards the end. You need at least 6 solid meals per day. A lot of people love their creatine, but it makes my face bloat up bad.

Eat like crazy, lift hard, and just read up on workouts, diets, and anything else you can to learn all you can before you think about roids.

You're asking about advice on products ranging from "proteins, creatine, and shakes" to AAS...

I prescribe heavy compounds and calories...Just read up on bb'ing and learn/listen to the insane and interesting science of your body.

you're young (I was actually a little younger when I started) but I'll tell you that I'm sure you haven't even come close to reaching your natural growth potential yet. First try changing your diet, eat big = get big. Eat 6-9 smaller meals throughout the day, increase water intake, protein - absolutely. Try a slow burning carb at night, you should grow. At 165 and 6' tall, I can't imagine you're all that fat!! Then try a new lifting program! Mix it up. I myself grew fast training under WSB and a huge fan of any 5X5 routine (billy Stars or MadCows) I brought my natty bench from a 425-465 just switching my routine up. How long have you been lifting for? I began national comps and that's when I turned to the darkside. I was competing at 181 (5'5" at the time) and wanted to break a 500 lb lift on all 3 events. AAS helped but again, aren't magic, you still need to eat, train hard and workout smart!
