Hi,
i had using drugs (ecstasy) last week twice from saturday night to sunday night in the club Jakarta. Then on monday evening i had tequila drank about 5-8 shoot tequila. Then so drunk , you know what happen after that! Just now since yesterday i feel my heart flutter , i afraid of heart attack.
What should i do? and what vitamin should i consume after used drugs to clean up the toxin of ecstasy /alcohol from my body?

Wait.. what? No we don't know what happens lol :p

Anyways, healthy diet (NOT junk/fast food.. fresh meats like turkey and fish and fresh vegetables, beans are great they have high levels of natural "vitamins"), plenty of sleep and some exercise will help you EXPONENTIALLY more than another pill will. Not to mention that would actually help get the drug out of your system faster, where a pill (might) just cover up the symptoms.

Vitamins and supplements are awful IMO, it's just companies selling snake oil to sick people who think they need it.... No, every nutrient you need can be found in a healthy diet.

Good luck, you'll feel better after a day or two of living healthy. Next time don't roll 2 days in a row, and DEFINITELY don't drink after that! Roll once a month, max. That's the rule around here..

Personally the day after I roll I will consume Fish Oil, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. Regardless if they actually work or not, it may have the "placeabo" effect because I feel better :). Also, a healthy diet like Folley explained above. Excercise is important once you start feeling better.

^ Here's a (LONG) list of foods that contain the same Omega 3 acids that fish oil contains, and vitamin C and E can be found in a glass of orange juice!

Really there is absolutely no need to be taking supplements or pills of any sort... but I won't argue if you say they help you, I cannot deny your experiences :)
