Hi everyone, it's been almost a month or so since my first MDMA (Not pills) experience and whilst it was possible for me to wiggle my eyes long long before I even knew about drugs at all (I could do it for about a second and it gave me a headache) I did some MDMA, had some SEVERE eye wobbles that I thought were actually very fun for the duration of my night and on and off during the next day.

It's about a month on from that and still every now and again my eyes will start wobbling for a maximum of about 5 seconds...I think I have eventually nailed this down to different lighting (I get it in places with brighter, more intense lighting) but I am almost certain it's related to the MDMA.

Is it possible there is still some in my system? In terms of body mass etc. I am a fair bit underweight and reasonably small teenage male. Or have my eyes maybe been 'loosened' by the constant eye wobbles that night and now find it incredibly easy to wobble around?

thanks in advance :) It isn't causing me serious problems, but every now and again it will hit (a good few times a day at least) and is kind of annoying because I can't see very well when everything is shaking. Also strangely my eyes do roll back into my head a bit sometimes too after the wobbling much like they did alot that night. Maybe I am just placebo-ing myself without realising it but I do wonder what's going on. Smelling vicks also brings back my eye wobbles almost immediately.

An idea.

I have been experiencing what you said you started to experience for the past eighteen years. Its called nystagmus. You can be born with it, like me, or itll be a side effect of a stroke. What i believe is you were born with a very very light case of it. Then the drugs just made you realize that its always been there by exasperating it with mdma. Ive notice my nystagmus get worse since I started dosing, and I went to my eye care specialist, turns out it didnt get worse, I just think it has.

If this has occured because of your drug use, it would most likely be that you already had it, but drugs made you notice it or, something bad happened in ya head. But take a second to notice, when you read or focus your eyes, do you tilt your head to stop your eyes from bouncing? I do. If you do it tends to be that you were born with it, because the head tilt is a coping mechanism to fool your eyes into thinking that are looking straight.

IE. Im in my math class before I was on my computer. In my math class if I dont sit front and center I cannot possibaly read the professors writing. if im on the far left of the room and hes writing on the far left of the board my eyes will go bananas. But in the same room, if I sit on the far right, I can read everything he writes on the far left perfectly.

Focusing right = bad nystagmus
Focus left = lessened.
Focus as if im looking over my glasses with my head in my chest tilted to the left my nystagmus goes away.
Focus as if im looking under my glasses with my head held high and to the right = bad nystagmus

But that is just MY good and bad spots. Not everyones nystagmus will be the same. Some people have vertical nystagmus where their eyes wiggle up and down, mine wiggle left to right.

And as a funny side note, whenever im on anything other then smoking bud my nystagmus goes away completely. The first time I did molly was also the first time I was able to look my girlfriend directly in the eyes without breaking contact in a few seconds.

Figure out your weak spot, and stop using it. You can have corrective surgery, where they manipulate the muscle to make your eyes and brain THINK its turned that special way. I had said surgery ten years ago, and let me tell you, its helped MASSIVELY. But, it wore off significantly in those ten years. Which, tends to happen.

TL;DR Go to an optimologist, Then when you get home, read what I wrote. He might be able to explain it better to you then I can.

Right...I did look up nystagmus before I posted this thread and the eye wiggles are definitley it but apart from that my eyesight has always been very good and I've never had a problem. As I said, as a kid I could like, force my eyes to wiggle the way they do on MDMA but I could hold it for barely a second and it'd give me a bit of a headache

Now it's slightly different in that every now and again my eyes will just slip into the wiggly stage for anything up to 5 seconds and then slip back out without the headache. It seems to be mainly triggered by slightly more intense lights and vicks, which is very bizzare to me. I can also force the eye wiggles to happen too but it isn't as long, also if I think about the eye wiggles they are more likely to happen. Very odd situation, but otherwise my MDMA trip was amazing, one of the best experiences in my life and I'm waiting a few more weeks before I dive back in.

I noticed this also the first time I ever got real intense eye wiggles during a roll.
It's weird though because I ask my friends if they see my eyes wiggling while im rolling and they say no but my vision is actually going crazy. >>><<<>><<<>>>>

After my first time I got that while rolling I notice now while im sober sometimes I get it for a split second Ive asked people if they notice it and nobody has ever said yes. But yeah I started noticing it after MDMA use just not as bad as 5 seconds straight idk what it could be...
