this requires a monospace font in order to be viewed properly. please let me know if the font is too large for low-resolution monitors so i can change the settings (or just copy and paste the text into notepad). thanks!

edit: i reduced the size by about a quarter. Hopefully that will make it slightly more readable. And yes, there's a poem there.

reminds me of trying to read all those old latin/greek inscriptions...no punctuation, written forwards/backwards right-left/left-right...

edit: I got it and spent a little while trying to write it out...extremely difficult to read and follow the spiral pattern, which is hard enought to decipher initially. The formatting and sparsity of the language makes it hard to remember where the spiral arms stops and begins to turn right/left, very easy to lose track of how many lines have been read/spirals coiled etc.

i like the concept but I think a lot of the impact of the poem itself is lost in the sheer difficulty of reading it...I think it would work a lot better handwritten when the spiral/conical shape is more obvious and easier to follow. the text is very straining on the eyes at that size on a computer screen
