confused as hell on how to take creatine

I did and still do. I put on about 7 pounds of lean mass, and added about 10% weight to my lifts in about a month. mind you I was tweaking my diet a bit and my routine too at this time. I'm a little guy, 5' 7" ish and 162 pounds. I'd say I'm around 10-11% bf.
 
I'm all about ethyl ester. even though its the worst tasting thing I ever ate/drank.

Why not get the pills? They are huge fucking things and you have to take a load of them but they don't taste of anything. Like are just like BCAA pills but bigger.

This would most certainly have been mostly from your diet/routine, there is no way creatine could add 7lb LEAN mass by itself. That lean mass would most likely be water retention
 
oh definitely not. my diet was very close to being on point so out of the month, I'd say creatine was only responsible for 2 lbs of lean mass at best. I had too many variables to really tell specifically what each thing did.
