Hello,
I'm looking for a condom that solves my problem:
I have a hopped vein on the left side of the penis (looking down) that is visible even when I'm not with erection.

When I try to use a condom my penis turns purple, fully locks the circulation of blood and end up losing the erection. I think the problem is because the condom grip the base of the penis.

My penis is of normal size, I have 15 cm and is not wide. Have tried using condoms bigger than my size (55mm latex) and to no avail. Also get loose!

I've been to the doctor and he said everything is fine with my penis, but I need to find a condom that does not tighten and lock the movement.

Does anyone have any indication brand, material type or model of condoms?
I'm thinking of testing polyisoprene condoms, do you recommend? Are less tight?
I need to find the right condom to solve my problem.

Thank you,
Hugs!

Have you tried one of those spiral ones. they are like spiral bags and fit really loose on purpose. To some people they feal allot more like the real thing.. when I have used then I found that a faster rhythmic tempo worked out best. pretty sure trojan is one of the companies that produces a style like that.

As disbursing as it sounds, maybe one of those natural condoms made from lamb, sheep or goat (sorry I don't remember the exact animal they sacrifice for our pleasure) might work better....assuming you have not tried that route yet.

I'd wonder if could be a problem due to lack of sensitivity due to the condom itself, but from your post that sounds like a long shot.

Monogamy with someone you trust, who has (along with you) been tested for STDs and is on the pill seems like the best situation for you.

Many thanks for the replies!

The problem is at the base of the penis, then I think the Trojan spiral will not work.

Please, if anyone has any other statement! It will be a great help!
Or if anyone ever used condoms made from polyisoprene or lamb, please let me know if tightening minus the base of the penis compared with latex condoms.

55mm can still be on the small side.. Easiest solution would be to try even bigger ones (58, 60 etc) and see if that helps.

I think you only have 2 choices which are to go unprotected or possibly have your partner(s) use the female condom (assuming your partners are female).

I would suggest that unprotected sex isn't an option unless you're with a long-term partner with a good deal of trust.. Femidom or equivalent is a good idea, though.
