Harm reduction and all that but I have taken handfuls of concerta before and its relatively stimulating but overall not that strong. To achieve desired effects one would need about 5-10 concerta pills to get that strong amp buzz. As stated before its very weak and you would be better off with dex or even meth. mmmmmmm meth...*drools* (uncontrollably)
