I'd like to start taking Concerta, but I'm worried about the health ramifications from it. Can someone please help me out and teach me how to take this ADHD medicine again

If you are prescribed Concerta the instructions on how to take it should be on the medication description paperwork you received. If you are taking Concerta without medical consent I advise you to look it up on the internet because I don't have an answer for you.

I’m prescribed 92mg of Methylphenidate a day, and it has improved my life significantly.

My blood pressure and heart rate is in a good range still, (my heart rate is still in the fifties even after dosing, but I have been doing intensive exercise for nearly 4 years now)

I also take a laundry list of supplements for longevity and sustaininbality (top ones being Agmatine, theanine, magnesium Threonate)
