Concerta duration related to dose

If one were to take 144mg no tolerance as well as 2 adderall xr 30mg's (like i did) How long would the duration of concerta last LOLOLOLOL thx. Went psychotic in class today when peaking off both things %) concerta taken a total of 10 hours ago, adderall xr 60mg 12 hours ago.

prepare for a decently long duration and maybe a nasty comedown, did you crush the beads in the adderal or take it orally without crushing? Make sure to drink lots of water and get a quiet room and something calming to do so you don't get irritated or snappy.

You took a huge amount of methylphenidate for someone with no tolerance, lucky it wasn't instant-release, combined with a large dose of amphetamines, again lucky it wasn't instant-release, and you don't even have a tolerance! This dosing was irresponsible and very dangerous, methylphenidate and amphetamines should not be combined, esp. at those doses. Be lucky your heart didn't have serious issues. Expect a long comedown, with no sleep for a while. Try to take benzos if you can to ease the comedown and prevent any sort of psychosis.

^ basically what the other guys said, don't expect any sleep in the next 24 hours, I recommend getting a big bottle of vodka for next time the sun goes down though.

Definitely, no sleep. Take care of yourself though. Be sure that you won't have to do any physically strenuous activity for the next 24 hours or so. If you can get a hold of a benzodiazepine for the come down, it will probably help. Don't be afraid to ask for help (FROM MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS) if you do run into any health problems.

Also as a side note, the concerta might actually be blocking some of the effects of the amphetamines. Refer to the ADD forum for more.
