Stimulants Concerta+ 60mg ir methylphenidate possible?

I’m seeing my doc and since I’ve been recently switched psychs I’m getting my adhd meds switched all around to try different things but I was wondering what the highest dose was regusrdign combining medications like concerta 52mg once and 20mg Ritalin ir three times a day..is this possible? Same as adderall..can you get a xr formula plus the 60mg ir as well? Or is it one r the other..60mg ir Ritalin/adderall or concerta or 60mg of adderall xr max

Most doctors have their own preferences on what they'll prescribe and in what combinations. You really just need to try different options for a few months each until you feel adequately functional, rather than focusing on the total dose or things like that. I would seriously consider discussing this with him/her so you can work on the best solution together.

Im not saying you are but if you focus on getting the max dose you will look very suspect even if you may legitimately need it.
