Concerta 36mg(Methylphenidate) HELP!!!

i was on 18mg Concerta but my mom told me today that she changed to 36mg,and how do i get the full affects off the 36mg Concerta, like peeling the outer shell, crushing, dosage (usually take 60mg adderall to get a good high)<~~just to give you and idea on my tollerance. any info on this would be great i dont wanna fawk up and ruin some pills
 
Yeah if you crush anything in pill form up it will hit u faster.
Try parachuting it. (Crush and put in the middle of a tissue and swallow, or middle of a piece of bread or something)
